I was looking for Cache (or somthing like that) in local files but its not there. I tried trouble shooting my issue by going into my Steam Library, right clicking the game, properties> local files> verify integrity of game files (they were fine). The vanilla game itself works just fine, but not a single mod of mine is working. Once all the mods were extracted, I attempted to play the game. I extracted the mods into those separate folders inside of Data> Mods> Folder (name of mod). I also decided to create a new folder inside of "Data" called "Mods" and folders inside that one for each mod to keep things organized if i decided to delete one. I placed them all inside steamapps> common> Skyrim Special Edition> Data. Before testing out the game, I spent hours downloading mods manually through Nexus's mod page. I reinstalled it on an external hard drive, and the game works. So I decided to uninstall Skyrim Special Edition through steam to remove it from my system drive.
